The Sandbag Neck Bridge To Pullover is an awesome exercise that develops the neck in conjunction with the back, glutes and hamstrings.

At Cincinnati Functional Fitness we can’t emphasize enough the importance of following proper progression when it comes to training the neck. This exercise is an advanced exercise and is only performed by our elite wrestlers.

In the picture below wrestler Drew Hobbs demonstrates a 25-pound sandbag neck bridge to pullover.

• Safety is key when working the neck. This exercise is not for beginners

• Perform repetitions of 10-20 in a slow controlled manner and stay focused
