Band Suplexes develop powerful wrestlers and power is one of the most important performance qualities a wrestler can have. Band Suplexes develop a strong back and a great grip too.

Make sure a wrestler stance is shoulder width. Wrap one arm through the band and use your other arm to lock hands using a Gable grip. It’s imperative to keep your core tight and explode upward with control. Perform 10 explosive repetitions.
